Example – Central Tanzania Corridor project
The Tanzania Corridor is an initiative that focuses on developing transportation infrastructure and improving trade and connectivity within Tanzania and the East African region.
It aims to enhance the efficiency of transportation and logistics along the central transport corridor, which stretches from the port of Dar es Salaam in Tanzania to various destinations in neighbouring landlocked countries like Rwanda, Burundi, Uganda, and the Democratic Republic of Congo.
This development programme includes projects such as Renewable Energies, road and railway construction, modernizing ports, establishing border facilities, and improving customs procedures to facilitate seamless trade and movement of goods.
EcoGen ls also advising on the Lapsset Corridor for Kenya advising on and funding together with EPC on the Central Tanzania Corridor projects.
